Euro Fly’In in Saint Yan 14-18 july 2010

Euro Fly’In is your new European aeronautical annual event. Founded from the great Fly’In of the Federation RSA, it has the ambition to allow the public, on 5 days, to discover the activities the most exciting of the world of light aviation.

The European light aircraft show is in Burgundy

Since its first edition in 2010, Euro Fly’In aims to bring together all of the professionals and fans of air activities in the same way as the « Oshkosh » event in the U.S.A. This show, which lasts 5 days, aims to share with the general public the pleasure of flying and introduce them to the huge range of the air leisure activities. Euro Fly’In is a chance to meet others who share your passion, exchange information and find a supplier or federation which will allow you to practice any form of aviation during the rest of the year.

Light aviation in all its forms

Air shows and meetings liven up the Burgundy sky. Stands run by aeronautic professionals present the latest in equipment and in aircraft kits. From vintage planes and military aircraft, to the place built by its pilot, a wide range of machines is presented to the public. The Réseau du Sport de l’Air Federation provides information and discusses with enthusiasts the questions of construction and restoration of aircraft. Experts from the DGAC inform enthusiasts on the legislation currently in force and the obligations of pilots and their aircraft.

The technical village

The technical village brings together discovery, exchange and practical training workshops. There visitors can discover all the materials and tools and skills necessary for building and restoring an aircraft. This village combines the practical with talks, photo exhibitions and the project of films. For children, Euro Fly’In encourages their enthusiasm in its Aéro-venture land. In the workshops, all the aeronautical secrets of aviation construction, including model aircraft making, are revealed.

Access

This show takes place at airport of Saint-Yan. The public can arrive by car, or with their machine or that of a club. The machines will be parked in the parking area for the duration of their stopover.
