Digital data and personal freedom

Burgundy Development Agency complies with measures to protect Human rights and fundamental freedoms, the protection of personal data and their free movement, as well as the European Union Directive 95/46/EC dated 24th October 1995 – Directive relating to the protection of individuals as regards the processing of personal data and the free movement of such data - and act no. 78-17 dated 6th January 1978 relating to digital data and personal freedom. Burgundy Development Agency has carried out the necessary procedures and obtained the required legal and administrative authorisations including the declaration relating to the implementation of the automatic processing of nominative data from the Commission National Informatique et Libertés (CNIL).

The user is informed that, in accordance with the terms of act no. 78-17 dated 6th January 1978 relating to digital data and personal freedom, he/she benefits from an individual right to access, modify or delete personal information concerning him/her.

Intellectual property

The general layout along with the software, texts, images, sounds, graphics and any other element constituting the website is the sole property of Burgundy Development Agency or is regularly exploited under licence. Any total or partial reproduction or re-publication of this site regardless of the process used is forbidden without the UB’s express authorisation and would be considered as a counterfeit offence as per articles L335-2 and after of the intellectual property code.

The same applies to the data bases featured on the website, which are protected by the measures set out in the act dated 11th July 1998 governing the transposition of the European directive dated 11th March 1996 relating to the legal protection of data bases into the intellectual property code.
