The Fifth International Taste, Nutrition, and Health Congress by the VITAGORA Innovation Network

The Fifth International Taste, Nutrition, and Health Congress takes place March 23rd and 24th, 2010 in Dijon, France. Presented by the VITAGORA Innovation Network, the focus this year is on Food, Nutrients, and Well-Being. Every year, the Congress meets the demands of industry leaders and health professionals, updating them on the latest in food and public health, taste and consumer demand, convenience foods, traceability and packaging.

From comprehensive lectures followed by question-and-answer sessions to conferences, posters, and roundtable discussions on wellbeing from the perspective of food and nutrition, industry, health professionals and researchers are provided with the latest information for responding to ever-growing consumer demand, and all the additional benefits of networking and making contact with other professionals.
